We work a little different than the traditional cost-plus construction model. We at Ravenwood believe that each project is unique and has different challenges associated with it and we believe that is how a customer should be charged. We don’t think that you should have to pay more for our contracting services just because you choose a more expensive floor, tile, or roof. We tailor each bid specific to the scope of work and charge accordingly for our services. Some projects will require more supervision than others. As a result, we believe that it is fairer to the customer to charge according to the amount of time and resources that we must put forth rather than just charging a percentage of the total job.
